Active Listening in the Workplace

Challenge: The influx of communication we do every day leads to poor listening and forgetting what people tell us. 

Solution: I created an interactive instructor-led training on how to listen more effectively using active listening skills in 5 steps. This ILT includes a slide deck, facilitator guide, and job aid.
