Scenario: This video is a follow-up to a training on SBI feedback and having tough conversations. Jo is a doctor who has missed multiple items on an estimate. This is not the first time. Her Lead Doctor, Yunyi, asks her to have a feedback conversation.

What would be the next step to move forward with psychological safety in mind?

Challenge: What can we do to ensure psychological safety in a feedback conversation?

Solution: Yunyi should clarify his intent using phrases that show mutual respect such as "Your well-being is important to us, and "We want to make sure you feel supported."

Challenge: The challenge is to improve the quality of communication with clients. There has been a noticeable decline in overall performance after recent feedback was received from those in leadership positions.

Solution: A Vyond video is a great solution to demonstrate the positive effects of communicating effectively with clients.
